• 1.2 This privacy policy describes the manner in which the Company and its affiliates collect, process, store, share, retain and purge your personal information and/or data that we receive from you when you visit and/or use our Website to place orders (the “Services”) which we otherwise collect from you (the “Privacy Policy”).

18. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• 18.1 Any dispute or grievance remaining unresolved for a period of over 30 (thirty) business days, post exhausting grievance redressal mechanism, may be resolved by referring such disputes to the Data Protection Board (the “DPB”) as may be notified by the Government of India in this regard.
• 18.2 This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws governing data protection and privacy laws withing the jurisdiction of India.
