- 1.1 This website, www.amaron.com and its associated domains; the Amaron Konnekt mobile application, including its progressive web application (PWA), Msite, and any associated digital interfaces; the Amaron Assist mobile application, including its progressive web application (PWA), Msite, and any associated digital interfaces; and any other mobile application, website, progressive web application, or other online or digital medium through which the Company may offer its Services from time to time, (collectively, the “Website”) is owned and operated by Amara Raja Energy and Mobility Limited (formerly known as Amara Raja Batteries Limited) (the “Company”/ “Amaron”/“we”/ “our”), having its registered office at Renigunta – Cuddapah Road, Karakambadi, Tirupati – 517520, Andhra Pradesh, India and corporate office at “Terminal-A”, 1- 18/1/AMR/NR, Nanakramguda, Gachibowli, Hyderabad – 500 032, State of Telangana, India.
- 1.2 This privacy policy describes the manner in which the Company and its affiliates collect, process, store, share, retain and purge your personal information and/or data that we receive from you when you visit and/or use our Website to place orders (the “Services”) which we otherwise collect from you (the “Privacy Policy”).

Requests to discontinue receiving communications across any such channel shall be made through the form referenced above. Any channel specific opt-out mechanism, where available, shall apply only to the specific service or application expressly offering such mechanism.

- 4.6 The Company shall collect and process your Personal Data only for specific, clear, and lawful purposes, which shall be / has been, expressly communicated to you at the time of collection of your Personal Data, in accordance with applicable law.

5. Collection and Use of Personal Data
- 5.1 We value your privacy and shall collect your Personal Data only when you have provided the same to us voluntarily and/or with your consent as per the applicable laws which shall include the following:
- a) Your name, email address, phone number, Account ID, password, and geographic location (the “Customer Account Data”),
- b) Your debit card or credit card information or online payment vaults (the “Payment Information”), and
- c) Service Data including any details relating to the services availed by you, including service requests, service history, and feedback provided by you; and
- d) Details relating to your vehicle and service requirements, including vehicle make, model, fuel type, registration details, service location and address, and such other vehicle or service-related information as may be required for the purpose of providing the Services.
- 5.2 The Personal Data, aforementioned, so collected by the Company shall be processed for the following purposes:
- a) providing the Services and contacting you in furtherance to it;
- b) enable your access in order to use the Services including delivering mobile and/or email notifications like one-time passwords, providing confirmations, alerts, updates, et cetera;

- d) providing better customer experience;
- e) obtaining user feedback on our Services;
- f) responding to your queries, requests, claims and resolving any issues;

- r) providing doorstep car care services through Amaron Assist, including car cleaning, battery service and replacement, car servicing, certified technician services, and such other ancillary services as may be offered by the Company from time to time, and sharing your Personal Data with our Business Partners for the purpose of such service fulfilment.
- 5.3 WhatsApp Communications
- a) Where you have provided your express consent, the Company may contact you via WhatsApp through its registered WhatsApp Business Account to provide updates, promotional communications, service notifications, and other information in connection with the Services, including Amaron Assist services.
- b) The Company shall send WhatsApp communications only upon receipt of your explicit prior consent, obtained in the manner described in Clause 4.1 of this Privacy Policy.
- 5.4 In furtherance to providing our Services to You, we shall collect and process your Personal Data only if your Personal Data is true, correct, accurate, up-to-date and/or in a manner as may be required by law from time to time.
- 5.5 We may withdraw or suspend our Services immediately upon discovery of your Personal Data to be incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate in case you fail to provide the correct Personal Data despite being given a reasonable notice and opportunity to correct.
- 5.6 In accordance with applicable laws, we may also coll ect and store certain user-related information whenever you visit our Website which shall be including but not limited to the following:

Such Log File Information collected is not associated with any Personal Data and is only tagged to the unique identifier for a particular device.

16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- 16.1 Any dispute or grievance remaining unresolved for a period of over 30 (thirty) business days, post exhausting grievance redressal mechanism, may be resolved by referring such disputes to the Data Protection Board (the “DPB”) as may be notified by the Government of India in this regard.
- 16.2 This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws governing data protection and privacy laws withing the jurisdiction of India.
